Ahhh, thank you for helping my body to better know this thing that my mind sometimes remembers: it is inspiration (rather than education) that compels change. We don’t win hearts with facts. But we may with poetry. And the mind after all, follows the heart.
A deep heartfelt thank you for the wisdom you’ve written here. My ears a rings with the voice of Elders and Ancestors asking me to look at the synchronicity between Atlantis’s downfall and our own. Not all the people wanted the heartless technology that blew them off the map, but they were too few. I love the notion of awakening the Earth. My belief is that reconnecting to the Earths rhythms will ‘save’ us. What that saving actually looks like I’m not sure. But I have enough hope that it is the way forward.
Thank you for this message and for naming these truths. It’s strange, just yesterday I was talking with a friend about the ancient Indian circle of time, and how it is divided into 4 eons that roll into each other. My friend was explaining that according to their belief, we are in the 4th and last cycle before the circle begins again. This is the cycle of decay and destruction, called Kali Yuga. After destruction, the next cycle is characterized by creation, truth and beauty again - the Satya Yuga. And on it rolls. According to the ancient Indian philosophers, people can wake up/attain enlightenment during any Yuga, but the methods change. Once we get deep into the Kali Yuga, only the path of devotion will work. So the whole night I was thinking- “Devotion to what? - Gods from other times and cultures that I don’t have any relationship with, or believe in?” And then I read your beautiful essay and received exactly the answer I needed. The land, the sky, the Elders who dreamed us into existence…. Exactly where I am being drawn anyway… now with more devotion, more love, and more inspiration in the power of poetry! Thank you!
Renowned teacher of teachers from the 19th century, Indian yogi-mathematician Sri Yukteswar, has maintained in his writings and talks that math errors have long been unquestioned in calculating the transition of the Kali Yuga into the Satya Yuga. We have already been rolling into the happy upswing for quite some time, enough to allow some breathing and relief room. At least one of his lucid books explaining this can be found on Amazon. I hear the call of the sound and rhythm of the poetry that emerges from listening to the land. I feel it in my blood. It can be hard to trust that the action it compels me to take will be “enough” will “work”. Remembering I’m one of so many helps. Thank you for carving out this space.
Constant prayer to the deep ancestors, vigilance in our poetic lives, and kindness to all are essentials now. Holding the entire holiness of life in our hearts and minds, we stand at the gate.
...I was just imagining the scene of a congressional hearing where some portions of your writing,Sean, was 'entered into the record' and rather than charts and quotes held up on placards behind senators there would be beautiful live action animations (as seen in the Fantastic Fungi movie)...and then a request made for a moment of silence :))
As Doge funds are released to the American people, crowdfunding may create memes and short videos explaining the pragmatic value of Elder Regenerative land healing methods and allied resources exploding Nature Healing into being -- backed up by metrics, which normies can more easily understand and expand into an upward true green spiral.
Sean, your writing here interweaves well with Dr. Ana Mihalcea's Substack (mind matter quantum) video and comments posted tonight. At least it does so for me. I think it possible that as we breathe many forces on all levels are conspiring to preserve the human species who are truly life-affirming. Those who create, support or promote hegemonic AI dominance (life-negating) may have left the human species, or have been birthed or taken over by them to the point where their humanity no longer exists, only psychopathy.
This may be considered a wheat and chaff separation time. Many have written of timeline splits; many have said that the catastrophic timeline was eliminated in 2012.
Benevolent forces beyond our current understanding may have been nurturing higher humanity for countless eons for their learning benefit, and ours. Meanwhile, continued work on educating all on everything that produces love in action is mandatory for all who choose to cultivate more life of every healing kind.
